Installation
After downloading the .PKG package for the receiver, double click on the file to start the software installation.
Remote Access Permissions
Before initiating a remote access connection to the sender, specific permissions for the receiver must be manually added that allows for screen recording and system control. The Accessibility permission is needed in order to intercept Mac-specific Keyboard Combinations with the Command key.
Add the Accessibility Permission
Open Settings → Privacy and Security → Accessibility
In the section Accessibility click on the plus (+) button.
Open the Applications directory, select ITAgentRMMReceiver and then press Open
Making a Remote Access Connection
From the IT Agent Portal, select a device on the devices page and then click the Start Remote Access button to launch the IT Agent RMM Receiver to make a connection to that particular sender.
