⚙️ What you’ll do first

  1. Create your Tenant and Organization

  2. Install the IT Agent Sender Agent on a device

  3. See it appear in the dashboard under Computers

  4. Create a Policy and assign it to your devices

  5. Run a test script or patch job

  6. Invite teammates and set permissions


🔐 Security model

IT Agent uses a certificate-based trust model:

  • Each agent enrolls with a Join Key and receives a unique certificate.

  • All communication is TLS-encrypted.

  • Admin privileges and scripts are controlled by role-based access.

  • Every action is audited in logs.
